The District of Thunder Bay Social Services Administration Board (TBDSSAB) is implementing a Roster system to retain the services of one or more consulting firms for architectural and/or engineering assignments which are less than $75,000 (excluding HST) on an “as and when requested” basis under a standing offer agreement.
