The District of Thunder Bay Social Services Administration Board (TBDSSAB) invites Bid Submissions (Bids) from qualified contractors for the provision of all labour, materials, supplies, and equipment required for the replacement of a total of thirty-eight (38) exterior windows located at four (4) units of Sequoia Park, Sequoia Drive, Thunder Bay, Ontario.

The units of Sequoia Park are: 219A / 219B & 223A / 223B.

Please submit a single price for a total of work in all four units, a total of thirty-eight (38) windows in the final bid amount. 

All work to be completed by July 31, 2026.
