The District of Thunder Bay Social Services Administration Board (TBDSSAB) invites Bid Submissions (Bids) from qualified contractors for the provision of all labour, materials, and equipment required for the restoration of Units 104 and 529– 230 Amelia St. (Spence Court), Thunder Bay, Ontario.
There are two (2) units to be restored and corridor door and frame painting. Both units and the door and door frame painting will be awarded to one contractor. Please identify the cost of each project separately when submitting your bid. The total combined cost of units and door painting will be the final bid amount.
The Contractor shall provide all necessary labour, material, and equipment to accomplish the scope of work in both units as shown, specified, and directed in the attached specifications and drawings.
The Contractor shall be responsible for any professional drawings required for permitting or otherwise required to perform the Scope of Work. All existing drawings provided are for information only and Bidders shall be responsible for field-verification of all existing equipment and as-built conditions.
