The District of Thunder Bay Social Services Administration Board (TBDSSAB) invites Bid Submissions (Bids) from qualified contractors for the provision of all labour, materials, supplies and equipment for the painting of selected corridors, interior spaces, and furniture at TBDSSAB Headquarters, 231 May St South, Thunder Bay, ON.

The project is divided into three (3) scopes.

  • Scope A:  Repaint Existing Corridors and Public Areas
  • Scope B:  Repair Damage to Cafeteria Wall and Repaint
  • Scope C:  Remove Existing Wall Base in Select Areas

All three scopes will be awarded to one contractor. Please identify the cost of each scope separately when submitting your bid. The total combined cost of all three scopes will be the final bid amount (A + B + C).

All work to be completed by May 29, 2026.
