The District of Thunder Bay Social Services Administration Board (TBDSSAB) invites Bid Submissions (Bids) from qualified contractors for the provision of all labour, materials, supplies and equipment required for the replacement of asphalt shingle roofing at a total of twelve (12) semi-detached houses, divided in two (2) projects in Thunder Bay, Ontario. 

Both projects will be awarded to one contractor. Please identify the cost of each project separately when submitting your bid. The total combined cost of all four projects will be the final bid amount (A + B).

All work to be completed by July 17, 2026.
