The TBDSSAB invites Bid Submissions (Bids) from qualified contractors for the grounds and site improvements at McIvor Court, 1100 Lincoln St. Thunder Bay, ON. The there are eight areas of work outlined on the engineering drawings and associated scopes of work for each.

TBSDDAB is looking for prime contracting services to preform all work associated with this project.

Note: anticipated start date is March 2021.
